Y Derwen and Yr Onnen are two recently converted cottages are situated on a working farm and are full of character and many interesting original features.

Both are fully equipped and tastefully furnished and have woodburners as well as central heating. The patios will allow you to enjoy barbecues and beautiful views of a wooded valley

A special selection of home-made Welsh delicacies will be available at your cottage on your arrival and will be our way of extending a warm Welsh welcome to you to Cwmcoedog. We are a young and traditional Welsh-speaking family.

The farm is situated 5 miles from the picturesque Cardigan Bay coast and enjoys a peaceful and tranquil rural location. Come and relax and unwind in our unspoilt countryside.

Both cottages have a kitchen/dining area and living area (open plan). They are heated by an oil-fired central heating system, and additional woodburners have been provided to create a cosy and inviting atmosphere.

Each lounge area has a colour T.V./video, radio and CD player.

All rooms are on the ground floor and are therefore ideal for less mobile visitors. Baby facilities are available on request.

The Kitchens

The kitchens are fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven/hob/grill, fridge with a small freezer, kettle, toaster and all the utensils and crockery which you may need during your stay.

The Bedrooms

Both cottages have one double bedroom and one twin bedroom as well as a double sofa bed in the living area. All bed linen and towels will be provided

Bathrooms

The bathroom in each cottage consists of a shower, W.C. and washbasin. The bathroom in one cottage has been fitted with accessories to make life easier for disabled visitors.

Garden Area

Both cottages have a barbecue and seating on their own patio.
Parking is available for each cottage.

Laundry Room/Games Room

A shared laundry room is provided for your use with a washer/dryer, large freezer and sink area. A drying area for your boots and coats as well as secure storage for your bicycles are also available. This room also serves as a games room with a darts board, a pool table and table tennis facilities. It is also suitable as a shared meeting/communal room for ramblers or cyclists to discuss their holiday plans.
